This building was built with a Georgian theme but the roof had suffered years of neglect. Trinity roofing were awarded the contract to replace the existing slate roof with new welsh Penrhyn heather blue roofing slate. This project required approx 12,000 piece of welsh slate and took the the trinity roofing team 3 months to complete. The new roof on the recently renovated building can expect to last 100 years.
